I wanted the photos my guests took.
Every option I found charged for one event, and charged more the moment I said the word wedding. So we built Photos by Neuphlo instead. It runs on its own domain, and the workspace roadmap did not move to make room for it.

It started with our own wedding.
My name is Mathias, and I wanted the photos everyone else took. Not the ones from the photographer, the ones from the tables. The bad dancing, the toast nobody planned, the kid asleep under a chair. Those photos exist on forty phones for one evening and then they stay there.
So I went looking. Every product I found sold one event at a time, tens of euros a go, and more than one of them asked what the occasion was before it showed a price. Say wedding and the number went up. Nothing about serving a gallery costs more because two people got married in front of it.
We built one instead. It does the thing I wanted and not much else. It is on photos.neuphlo.com, and it is what we are using at our own wedding.
One link, every camera roll.
A gallery is one event. You sign in to make it, and your guests never do. The link is the way in, so anyone holding it can look and add, and nobody has to be invited.
Make a gallery
Sign in once, name the event, and you have a gallery and a QR code. That is the whole setup.
Put it on the table
Share the link, print the code on the place cards, or both. Guests scan it and they are in.
Everyone adds to it
Photos and video from any phone, arriving live for everyone else in the room. Nothing to install and no account to make.
A gallery deletes itself 30 days after its last upload, not 30 days after you made it, so one you set up a week early does not burn the clock waiting for the day. Every upload pushes the date back, and the host gets a warning before anything is removed.
The price does not go up because it is a wedding.
That is the whole stance, and it is most of the reason this exists. There is no event-type pricing and there will not be one.

Photos has its own domain, its own sign-in and its own pricing. It shares our European infrastructure and the way we build, and nothing else. You cannot reach it from a workspace and you do not need one.
