What happens when I reach the Solo plan limits?

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limits. You can upgrade to Team at any time to unlock unlimited capacity. Your existing data and workspace settings remain unchanged.

Do I have to use the testing features?

No! Testing features are completely optional. They're available on all plans but can be enabled or disabled in your workspace settings. Many teams use Neuphlo just for work management and never touch testing.

How do source control integrations work?

Connect your GitHub or GitLab account via OAuth — including self-hosted GitLab instances. Once connected, you can link repositories to your workspace, create branches from work items, monitor CI/CD status, and track pull requests or merge requests. All data syncs in real-time.

What's a public help centre?

Public help centres let you publish your internal documentation as a customer-facing knowledge base. Write articles once in Neuphlo, then mark them as Public to make them accessible via a custom subdomain with your branding. Available on the Team plan.

Can I add team members to the Solo plan?

The Solo plan is designed for individuals and includes 1 workspace member. Upgrade to Team to add teammates and get unlimited workspace members.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your workspace settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to the Solo plan. Your data remains accessible.

Neuphlo includes built-in messaging with channels, direct messages, and project threads. Conversations are connected to your tasks and articles, so context never gets lost. Available on all plans.

What is the Learn (LMS) feature?
