Email address, first and last name, and account credentials (when logging in via email, Google, or GitHub).
Usage Data
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, and interaction logs to monitor performance and security.

Used strictly for session management to keep you signed in during your use of the application.
Children's Data
Neuphlo is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
2. Purpose of Data Collection

3. Data Storage and Retention
User data is stored using PostgreSQL, our secure database solution.
Hosting and infrastructure are provided by Hetzner, which serves our web application securely.
Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, our payment processor — Neuphlo does not store any credit card or payment details.
User data is retained for as long as the account is active. When an account is deleted, personal and usage data are permanently removed within 30 days unless required by law (e.g., payment records).
We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, collect only what is necessary, retain it no longer than required, and ensure appropriate security — in line with Article 5 of the GDPR.
4. Third-Party Data Processors
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate Neuphlo efficiently and securely. These processors handle data in compliance with GDPR and relevant international standards.
